The data TelcoPlace processes in this context is not defined by TelcoPlace on the basis of its own research, but is provided from users of TelcoPlace by means of a, information notification process on TelcoPlace or via Reporting Internet Scams and/or via information already present on the TelcoPlace website.

You agree that your personal information that we have collected (see above) may be used for the following purposes:
Data sharing and registration on social media sites:
We can offer sign-on services which allow you to access telcoplace.com or related websites using your login credentials from other websites. We can also offer services which allow you to share data with social media websites belonging to third parties, such as Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter.

Information you share on TelcoPlace.com:
Our website gives Users the ability to share listings and other data with other Users, making this shared information accessible to other users. Since you will also be able to get in touch with a buyer or seller on our website, we encourage you to carefully consider how you share your personal data. You are personally responsible for the personal information you share through our website. Therefore, we can not guarantee the privacy or security of the data you share with other users.
We strongly recommend that you sign out from a shared computer or a computer used in an Internet cafe after each session, if you have visited our website. 4. Marketing Purposes

6. Accessing, viewing and editing your personal information
We can not change your personal and account information. You can personally change your data and settings by logging into your “My TelcoPlace” account. When you post something publicly, you may not be able to change or delete your message (Advertisement).
If you would like to close your account with us, please send us a request to do so. We will process your request within a reasonable period of time and process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Support to review your personal data that is stored but not directly accessible on TelcoPlace, unless TelcoPlace is not bound to provide such access under the Data Protection Act. 7. Protection and storage of your personal data
We protect your data using technical and administrative security measures to minimise the risk of loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and tampering. By this, we mean firewalls, data encryption, and physical and administrative access controls to data and servers. Personal data is stored no longer than is legally permissible and we delete personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes described above.
8. Other information
Misuse and unsolicited commercial communication ("spam"): We do not tolerate the misuse of TelcoPlace. You do not have permission to add other Users of TelcoPlace.com to your mailing list (email or post), even if a User has purchased something from you, unless you have explicit permission from the User. If you notice someone abusing our website (via spam or spoof emails), we ask you to send an email to spam@TelcoPlace.com or abuse@TelcoPlace.com. If you think you have discovered a vulnerability in a website hosted by TelcoPlace, we ask you to send an email to security@TelcoPlace.com including an explanation of the discovered vulnerability.
