What is my username?

Your Email address is your username.

I've lost my password and can't sign in. Can you help?

You can request a new password easily by using the “Forgot password?” link on the log in page.

How do I log in?

You can sign in by selecting ‘log in' in the TelcoPlace toolbar on the right. You can log in using your email address. You’ll also need your password.

How do I register?

Click the register button “Registration” (top right) and follow the procedure or click on the link: Registration.

How do I change my username?

Your username cannot be changed. Your username will never be displayed when you're bidding at an auction. It is only provided to the seller once you've won the auction. Your username is the email address you summited.

How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed in your ‘My TelcoPlace’ environment. 

I can't sign in. What should I do?

Make sure you use the right email as username. Try “Forgot password?”. Give us a mail to find out why your username is not working at customerservice@telcoplace.com.

Your profile can be changed in your ‘My TelcoPlace’ environment.

Why do I register

Registration is your first stop when using TelcoPlace.

If you are a purchaser: you will be free to either bid or buy directly the vendor's products and services.

If you are a vendor: you will have the ability to add all your services and commodities.

If you wish to answer an RfQ.

When you are registered are notified when relevant RfQ’s are matching your network.

How do I publish my services?

To make our lists user friendly and efficient we will forward you an EXCEL sheet which enables us to tabulate the needed specifications.

We will upload the list for you.

On completion, we will inform you, your listing will be available in ‘My TelcoPlace.'
